CHCoaching approach can be short term to target a specific personal or professional 

leadership and or performance challenges. Alternatively, it can be planned and phased

to support ongoing strategic leadership support and development

 

The focus and approach adopted for the coaching will be determined by the client and the session/s will be entirely unique to the individual engaging in the coaching process.

Coaching session/s duration is normally 1 hour but can be longer up to 2 hours. They can be face to face at an agreed location or in the client’s environment.

​

Coaching by telephone or zoom is offered as a well proven model and an effective time management option.

​

Coach session fees are agreed with clients or sponsors at the outset of the contracting stage and integration of any pre-assessment profiling involving standardised tools will be an additional cost.

CHCoaching is trained to deploy a large range of psychometric tests, models, frameworks and theories in her coaching work with clients and teams which she applies to suit the specific client contract and presenting issues.

In Systemic Coach Training CHCoaching applies a range of concepts, diagnostic tools and

engagement strategies to enable team members to understand the impact of both the internal 

and external systems on their working, to manage difficult team conversations and

team dynamics. 

 

Team Coaching work will be contracted with the organisation  to ensure a bespoke fit with the uniquely identified

 development needs of that team/service.
