Carmel has strong skills and experience of working in complex organisations for 25 years plus;

is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in Mental Health and has held Strategic Leadership roles at Co-Director and Director level.

Carmel is a Director on the Council of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT) and is registered with the Health Professions and Care Council. (HCPC)

Carmel is the Director of Coaching in Organisations with ICF Ireland.

Carmel is  Certified and Accredited by ICF as an International Coach, (PCC level); a Certified Coach Supervisor, through ICF* and a Certified Systemic Team Coach accredited by The Academy of Executive Coaches.

 

Carmel has a 10 year plus proven track record and expertise in coaching across all sectors and international networks, from strategic to front-line management,  including senior leaders, new leaders, front line staff and students navigating their career choices.
