Carmel Harney (CH) Director of CH Coaching , qualified as a coach in 2012;  Carmel holds accreditation and certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and as a Coach Supervisor with The International Coach Federation (ICF ) .

Carmel is also a Certified Systemic Team Coach accredited by The Academy of Executive Coaches .

 Carmel has 25 yrs experience of working in the NHS across inter-sectoral and international strategic networks .

  Carmel's background is an Occupational Therapist , she held Executive roles at Co-Director and Director level in  Health and Social Care, NI: She is a Director on the Council of the Royal College of OT and is the Director of Coaching in Organisations with ICF Ireland,  Carmel is Registered with Health and Care Professions Council.
